PAYMENT
For all purchases made from this website, payment MUST be made via bank transfers, Pocket or Credit/Debit card via PayPal or PayPal account only. Payments made at the cube counter will not be accepted.
All payments through local bank transfer will be in Brunei Dollars (BND) while payments through PayPal will be processed in Singapore dollars (SGD).
For Brunei customers, the method of payment accepted is bank transfer via BIBD and Baiduri, Pocket and PayPal.
For Malaysian customers, the method of payment accepted is PayPal.

You do not need to register with PayPal to use the service. Please also note that due to PayPal’s currency conversion rate, there will be a small PayPal fee added. For Brunei customers, choose ‘Pay in SGD’ for a lower rate*.
* Because PayPal does not recognise BND and SGD are pegged 1:1, the conversion rate is higher for BND.
Payment and address delays
Any issues processing your payment or resolving inaccurate addresses will delay handling. Please take care to enter your order information fully and carefully!
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
Where does Little Neko Shoppe ship to?
Little Neko Shoppe delivers to both domestic (Brunei) and international (Malaysia).
For Brunei customers
Orders made from this website will only be delivered using PosLaju or self pick-up at Tanjong Bunut or cube. There will be no meet-ups arranged.
- For PosLaju, orders will be mailed out within 2 business days. Mailing days: Monday – Thursday & Saturday. Your delivery notification will be sent via email and WhatsApp.
- For self pick-up from the cube, orders will be sent to the cube every Tuesday and Saturday afternoon. The cube outlet is closed every Monday. You will be notified via email and WhatsApp when your order has been sent to the cube.
- If you paid for an order on Monday/Wednesday/Saturday BEFORE 9AM, your order will be sent to the cube on Tuesday or Saturday respectively.
- If you paid for an order on Monday/Wedneday/Saturday AFTER 9AM, your order will be sent to the cube on the next delivery day (e.g. if you place an order on Wednesday 10AM, your order will only be sent to the cube on Saturday).
- For self pick-up from Tanjong Bunut, orders can be picked up on Saturday or Sunday only as I won’t be available on other days.
Delivery fees:
- For PosLaju, delivery fee is based on total weight starting at BND 3.00 for Brunei-Muara district and BND 4.00 for other districts.
- For self pick-ups at Tanjong Bunut or cube, no delivery fee will be charged.
For Malaysian customers
Packages will be sent out with Expedited Mail Service (EMS). Little Neko Shoppe is not responsible for any tax/customs duty that may be imposed by your country.
Please double-check to make sure you have entered the correct shipping address, Little Neko Shoppe will not be responsible for sending packages to an incorrect address.
- Orders will be shipped out in 2 business days. Shipping days: Monday – Thursday & Saturday.
Shipping fees:
- For all international orders, shipping is based on the total weight starting at BND/SGD 12 or MYR 36.00.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I will do my best to ship/send out orders as soon as possible. However, if there are any unexpected delays, you will be informed.
Once orders have been mailed out, I will not be responsible for late deliveries or lost packages as they are outside of my control. However I will try my best to locate the packages on your behalf.
Customer is responsible for customs, duties and taxes in customer’s country.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. I will try our best to ship the item(s) to you in the best condition possible. However, if you need to return a product due to manufacturing flaws, you may do so within 7 days of you receiving the item. Once I receive the returned item I will then issue a full refund (excluding shipping as I am unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
For those paying via Pocket, refunds can only be by cash. Customer will be contacted to arrange for refund.
Please allow 2-3 days for the return to be processed.
No refund will be given for change of mind “I don’t want it anymore” or “I bought the wrong item”.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
I will not issue refunds for products purchased not from the website.
For pre-order products, in the case where the product(s) is out of stock at the supplier’s side after customer has placed the order, customer will be contacted to arrange for refund.
No refund will be issued if customer cancels a pre-order after that order has been submitted to the supplier (orders are usually submitted/forwarded to suppliers 1 hour after customer placed the order).
Returned items must be delivered to us in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. I cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore I recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
I am unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
All goods will be inspected on return.
